AI systems, pulling knowledge from this digital universe, end up reflecting the same biases. It's time to shake things up and make sure that every shade, culture, and story is not just heard but seen.

• The Flood Effect 🌊 Ever heard the saying, "If you want something done right, do it yourself"? Well, we're putting that into action. We're launching a movement to flood the internet with images and videos of our incredible Black and Brown youth. Let's create a visual storm that AI won't be able to ignore! It's time to amplify our voices and redefine representation.

• Youth Behind the Lens 📸 We believe in the power of youth not just as subjects but as creators. All pictures and videos taken for and about our programs beginning in 2024 will be captured by our brilliant young minds. Each budding photographer and videographer will undergo specialized training in the technology they're using. Imagine the impact when our youth tell their own stories and take the reins in shaping how those stories are shared using AI magic.

• Empowering our professionals  💼 Partnering with Black and brown artists, photographers, and creators to contribute their work to a database we are developing that floods other images onto the internet. This ensures that the pictures we collect are authentic and reflect the diverse experiences of the communities we serve.
